If you decide to proceed, we send a detailed project proposal outlining the exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline milestones, and pricing. Once you accept, we provide a straightforward service agreement — plain English, no surprises. You retain all rights to your work throughout and after the engagement. Project Kickoff & Onboarding

Your dedicated project lead introduces you to the specialists assigned to your project. We set up a shared workspace for file delivery and communications, confirm your preferred review schedule, and agree on communication cadence. Writing, Editing & Design

The core of the work begins. Depending on your service package this includes ghostwriting, developmental editing, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, and cover design. Each deliverable goes through an internal quality review before it reaches you. You provide feedback, we revise, and nothing is marked complete until you're satisfied with the result.

Publishing Setup & Launch Prep

Once the manuscript is approved and designed, we handle the full publishing setup. Interior layout and ebook formatting, ISBN registration, Amazon KDP account configuration, IngramSpark upload, metadata and book description optimisation, and a proof copy review before we approve for distribution. We also prepare your launch assets if marketing services are included in your package.

Book Launch & Ongoing Support

Your book goes live. We execute your launch strategy if applicable — Amazon advertising, social media campaigns, review outreach, and press distribution. Not at all. We work with authors at every stage — from a single idea to a finished, edited manuscript. If you only have an outline or a concept, we can evaluate that and advise on the best path forward. Our ghostwriting service starts from zero if needed.
We deliver your Evaluation Report within 3–5 business days of receiving your submission. During busy periods this may extend to 7 days, but we'll let you know at the point of submission if that's the case.
You can absolutely engage us for a single service. Many clients come to us specifically for editing, or just for formatting and publishing setup. We don't require you to purchase a full package. We'll recommend what we think your book needs, but the decision is entirely yours.
Our process is built on staged approval — meaning we don't advance to the next step until you've approved the current one. If you're not satisfied with any deliverable, we revise until you are. We also offer a milestone-based refund structure outlined in our service agreement for situations where we genuinely can't meet the agreed standard.
Your primary point of contact is your dedicated project lead, who manages all specialist communication on your behalf. For ghostwriting projects, you'll have direct sessions with your writer. For editing, you may request a direct call with your editor at any review stage. We find this structure ensures clear accountability without creating confusion.
